grupo-merino.com is the corporate website of Grupo Merino. Any question about this page, about data you have sent us, or about the content published here, is handled by writing to contacto@grupo-merino.com.
Our corporate headquarters are on floor 1 of Torre Movilnet, Av. Paseo Cabriales, Valencia 2001, Carabobo state, Venezuela.
The only place on this site where we ask for data is the contact form. There we collect what you write: name, email address, company if you give one, the business unit you are interested in, and your message. The IP address the message was sent from is recorded alongside it, which is what lets us discard automated submissions from bots.
We use it for one thing: to reply to you. We do not use it to send you advertising, we do not pass it on or sell it to anyone outside the group, and within the group it reaches only the people in the relevant unit who need to read it in order to answer you.
Messages are kept while the conversation is open, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case it is picked up again. If you would rather we deleted yours sooner, just ask.
You can ask us at any time to tell you what data of yours we hold, to correct anything that is wrong, or to delete it. Write to contacto@grupo-merino.com from the same address you contacted us with, and we will reply as promptly as we can.
This site does not place cookies in your browser, does not store anything on your device, and carries no audience measurement system. It also loads no resources from third-party servers: the fonts, the images and the map are all served from this same domain, so visiting us leaves no trace of you at any other company. That is why you will not see a cookie banner: there is nothing to accept.
The server keeps a technical log of the requests it receives, as any web server does, and it is used to keep the site running and to spot faults.
The texts, photographs, videos, logos and trademarks that appear here belong to Grupo Merino or are used with the permission of their owners. You are welcome to quote and link to them, citing the source. Reproducing them commercially, or presenting them as your own, requires our written permission.
We take care that the information published here is accurate and current. Figures for capacity, land area or number of points of sale describe the situation at the time of writing and may change: if you are going to make a decision based on one of them, confirm it with us first.
Some pages link to sites that are not ours: the group’s social networks, the Mersan product catalogue, and the brands IGM works with. Each is governed by its own terms, and we have no control over what they publish or how they handle the data of those who visit them.
If the site changes in any way that affects what is written here, we update this page and the date at the foot of it. What you read on this page is always the version in force.
